Initial Consultation
60-minute consultation provided at no charge.
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, determine whether my approach is the right fit, and address any questions you may have before beginning our work together.
Services are tailored to the unique needs of each individual, family, or organization. The options below reflect the most common engagement formats; customized services are available when appropriate.
Individual Psychotherapy
60-minute session: $500
Extended and intensive sessions are available when clinically appropriate.
Parenting Consultation
For parents navigating the unique challenges of raising children within the context of achievement, opportunity, wealth, and high expectations.
Consultations provide a space to discuss parenting concerns, family dynamics, communication challenges, developmental transitions, and the values and pressures that shape family life. Sessions may include guidance regarding parenting strategies, discipline, emotional development, behavioral concerns, and fostering resilience across childhood and adolescence.
60-minute session: $500
Professional Coaching
For individuals seeking support with personal growth, communication, leadership, decision-making, professional development, life transitions, performance, and greater alignment between their values and daily life.
60-minute session: $500
Executive Counseling and Consultation
For leaders, business owners, executives, and other professionals navigating leadership responsibilities, complex decisions, organizational challenges, and high-stakes environments.
Fees begin at $750 per session.
Family and Beneficiary Services
For families, beneficiaries, family business systems, multigenerational wealth contexts, trust-related concerns, family communication challenges, and other issues that arise at the intersection of family, responsibility, and wealth.
Fees begin at $800 per session.
Psychological and Relational Assessments
Specialized assessments are available to provide deeper insight into how you relate, communicate, lead, and navigate the personal and professional dimensions of your life. Assessments include a clinical interview, specialized assessment tools developed exclusively for high-achieving individuals, personalized interpretation, tailored recommendations, a dedicated feedback session, and written reporting designed to support your goals and circumstances.
Fees begin at $1,500 and vary based on scope and reporting requirements.
Intensives
Available for individuals, executive partnerships, and family business systems. Intensives are designed for those seeking a deeper level of focus and accelerated progress on complex concerns that benefit from sustained attention.
- Half-day intensives begin at $3,000.
- Full-day intensives begin at $5,500.
Fees vary based on service design, preparation requirements, and duration.
Support Between Sessions
To provide continuity of care between sessions, clients have access to up to 15 minutes of phone or secure messaging support each week. If circumstances require more substantial support, additional time can be made available and discussed on an individual basis.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
A payment method is required prior to the first appointment and will be securely maintained on file. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, fees are charged following each session. Retainer arrangements are available when appropriate.
Insurance
I am a private-pay practitioner and do not participate in any insurance networks.
This model allows me to focus exclusively on your care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies, including diagnostic requirements, treatment limitations, and mandated disclosures of personal health information. Many clients value the increased privacy, flexibility, and individualized attention this approach affords.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill or other documentation that may be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to better understand your benefits.
Questions you may wish to ask include:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Does my plan cover psychotherapy services?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- What percentage of the fee is reimbursed for out-of-network services?
- Is preauthorization or a referral required?
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations arise and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a fee. The first late cancellation or missed appointment is charged at 50% of the scheduled session fee. Subsequent late cancellations or missed appointments are charged at the full session fee.
